I offer a range of different training packages and approaches - each tailored to your individual needs. First, we start with a consultation and really get deep into your goals, prior experience and health concerns. From there, we develop a plan that suits your specific desires - how many sessions you can commit to, your budget and the style of training you are after. Then, we get into the fun stuff: the training! Private PT and group PT options are available in half hour or hour blocks. And, depending on your specific needs, I also offer form checks, posture/flexibility testing and sport-specific training.
